Delete your FoolProof account

This is for people who sign in to the FoolProof Merchant or FoolProof Driver apps, from FoolProof POS.

How to ask

In FoolProof Merchant: open Account, then Delete my account.
In FoolProof Driver: open Today, then Delete my account.
Without the app: email [email protected] from the address on your account, with the subject "Delete my FoolProof account".

What happens next

We finish within 30 days and email you when it's done. Until then you can cancel by emailing us.

What is deleted

Your name, email address, phone number, username, password and two-factor settings. Your account can no longer sign in.

What is kept, and why

Alcohol and tax rules require a licensed store to keep its records, so sales, deliveries, ID checks, refusals and time-clock records stay with the store. Your name stays on sales you rang up and deliveries you made.

If you shop at a store that uses FoolProof

Ask that store: it holds your customer record and can delete it. You can also email us and we'll pass it on.
