View employee pay rates

With the pay-rate permission, hourly rates show in a Pay column on the Employees page and in the employee editor.

1. The Pay column

With the pay-rate permission, hourly rates show in a Pay column on the Team tab (and in each employee's editor). Without it, the column is hidden — ask an admin to grant it.
