Pause online orders
The Pause button on the Orders page stops new delivery and pickup orders in one press; Resume turns back on whatever was on before.
Steps
- Open Orders.
- Press Pause online orders and confirm. Delivery and pickup both stop taking new orders on your storefront.
- Orders already placed are not affected; finish them as usual.
- When you're ready, press Resume. Only what was on before the pause comes back on.
Good to know
- It's a role permission (Admin → Roles: Pause online orders), on for cashiers by default, so a shift lead can pause without a manager.
- A switch FoolProof has locked for your store is left alone.
