Receive stock and create purchase orders

The Receiving page turns demand-driven suggestions into purchase orders and receives stock by scanning.

1. Reorder suggestions

The Suggestions tab forecasts what to reorder from your sales velocity, grouped by distributor — one group becomes one purchase order.

2. Your purchase orders

The Orders tab tracks your POs — draft, placed, part-received, received — with how many items have arrived. Build a new one by hand, or start one from a Suggestions group.

3. Receive stock

When the stock arrives, the Receive tab books it in: scan a barcode, enter how many arrived, and it goes straight onto the shelf count.
