See your FoolProof plan and invoices

Billing shows your FoolProof plan, what you owe, and every invoice — open one to print it or save a PDF.

Steps

1. Open Billing from the menu (under Settings).
2. The tiles at the top show your plan and monthly price, your balance due (and how much is overdue), and where invoices are emailed.
3. Use All, Open or Paid, or search by invoice number, to find an invoice. Click it to see its lines, payments received and the balance.
4. Click Print for a paper copy or Download PDF to save one.

Good to know

• To pay an invoice, contact FoolProof. Payments are recorded on our side and then appear on the invoice.
• Only roles with the Billing permission see this page. The owner sets that in Employees → Roles.
